1. Controller and scope

The controller of personal data processed through uniqueyou.ae is Cezary Bielas trading as ARTIS CEZARY BIELAS. This notice explains how we process customer, recipient, account, enquiry and website-use data when serving customers in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Data, purposes and legal grounds

• contact, delivery, billing and order data — to conclude and perform the sales contract;
• payment, tax and accounting data — to process payment and comply with legal obligations;
• messages, returns and complaint data — to provide support and establish or defend legal claims;
• device, cookie and analytics data — for security, essential store operation and, where required, only with consent for analytics, personalisation and marketing;
• marketing contact data — on the basis of consent or another basis permitted by applicable law, with an opt-out in every message.
